The Stohlquist FreeRYDE Dry Top has a unique and comfortable dry-seal at the neck, that has proven to be soft, durable, and is an effective alternative to the latex neck gasket. The FreeRYDE integrates the ergonomic, 3D full articulation of the Stohlquist FREEdom series drytops for a full motion fit that follows your every move. Water is sealed out at the wrists with thin yet durable latex rubber seals. Neoprene cuff covers offer backup protection from abrasion, and serve as shields from the effects of the sun. They are assembled with Free-FLOW, self-draining edgings to release trapped moisture before it accumulates. Stretchy neoprene cuffs have Velcro backed neoprene for a full range of adjustment.

I have just purchased a new Freeryde drytop , It is really nice and of high quality. It is much more rugged than the older version. My only complaint is that the bottom of the inner seal that goes around your waist has athick neoprene gasket that is terrible , Itmakes it very hard to tuck in under your sprayskirt , is way to bulky ,and has no value or purpose, Icant figure out why it is there! The older ones ,and all my other tops just have just some nylon with a drawsting , much better . Ihave since cut the neoprene waist gasket off and it is much better
to start this is not a DRYTOP! This is a semi drytop. it leaks at the neck wich is just neoprene, no latex gasket. If you are running white water you will be soaked after the first rapid.
This semi drytop exceeded my expectations. The neoprene neck gasket has a fit that is really comfortable and I would imagine is not too far from a latex seal although I have yet to swim or roll in it. Very sturdy build. Stolquist quality. No matter what type of gear I'm looking for I always check in with ACK.
