Review:	First time user but switching from foot bellows pump to hand pump Made a huge difference in time and efforts. Very heavy duty pump little bulky but it was worth buying it. It arrive in two days the kinky hose is solid made of thick plastic when I took out of the box it was kinda stiff and hard due to being stored in a box I don't know but it split in half the first time when testing the pump out on my AE at home. I called ACK and they send out a replacement hose the same day. Thanks ACK team for awesome products and services.

Review:	Pump has a round piece, on the bottom of the floor piece. It fell out while I was moving it, and it won't pump unless that plastic (3" diameter) piece is in there. Why this round piece is even there is a mystery. But once that piece is secure, it pumps like a champ, and am really satisfied with it. If there is no function (maybe to clean the inside), I'll superglue it in, but right now it is secure without glueing it in.
