Backpackers Pantry Cold Black Bean Salad contains black beans, sweet corn, tomatoes, and cilantro in a zesty sauce. Just simply add cold water to enjoy. Two servings per Packet. Remove Olive Oil packet and set aside. Add 1-1/4 cup (300 mL) of cold water to all contents in pouch. Stir well. Seal and let sit for 40 minutes. Add Olive Oil. Stir and serve.
