I recieved the Light Year 1 just a few weeks ago, and have only had a chance to try it once, however there were many qualities that stood out to me as exceptional. For one, the tent itself is very very light, especially for the price. The set up takes some getting used to, but took me under ten minutes the second time I did it. The vestibule fits boots and maybe a small pack, my 50L external frame pack did not fit. The tent design is genuis- very roomy floor space and enough room to sit up. I rolled around all night and did not get wet from brushing against the sides. The rainfly was covered in condensation by morning, but I was completely dry. With some practice, the tent could go up in about five minutes. Overall an awesome product so far, I will make a follow up review when I've had a chance to get out in some more diverse conditions.
