Protect your kayak or canoe with this heavy-duty Danuu Buddy Kayak Cover for kayaks 15-18 feet long. These covers fit over the hull when upright or upside down. The Buddy cover fits easily over the hull (like a fitted sheet on a mattress). Straps and pull strings adjust the cover for a tight fit. Cross straps secure the cover for windy conditions and during vehicle transport. Protect your kayak or canoe from UV, weather and dirt.

Fits well on my Epic 18x. This is an excellent kayak cover if the boat is being stored or to protect it from the sun. However, when transporting it on the car rack, there are many gaps where the cover can catch the wind, even with the adjustable straps secured. I covered the kayak, then put it up, as this is the best way to have the "tightest" fit; putting the boat up, then covering it would probably turn the cover into a balloon at higher car speeds. Also, when the cover is on, the bow and stern tie- down points on the kayak are not accessible. I ended up removing the cover for the trip.
Great. Easy to install, sturdy, very bright large red flag attached. I frequently travel from mountains, inland cities and to coastal areas to paddle. This cover is a must if you have a glass or carbon kayak and want it to maintain the "gloss" look and to protect finish from rocks, snow slush and road tars.
