I used the fit guide on the NRS web site because ACK doesn't have one :-/ (see below if you want to know how to size your helmet.) Picked the medium since I was in between the small and medium. Glad I did. I think NRS uses ovoid/egg-shaped models for their helmets. There is plenty of room front/back but the sides are very snug. Not uncomfortable but there is constant pressure and you know you are wearing a helmet for sure. Otherwise a nice helmet, not heavy, but then it's not light as a feather either. It's well-made and looks like it will keep your brains pretty safe if you bash your noggin on a risk or something. Size Head Circ.(cm) Head Circ. We have added the fit guide to our listing - sorry for the inconvenience, but thanks for pointing it out!
Fit is ok... I have an XL head. Wanted a Red one but not available... lastly the snaps on the removable ear pieces are not very robust, will probably end up just leaving them off.
Luckily I haven't had chance to see how well it takes an impact but it appears to be put together well. It doesn't fit as well as I had hoped even after adjusting it a dozen times.
Not very comfortable. I got a large and it fits fine except the back strap has a metal clip that cuts into the back of my head.
