| Review: | First this a Good Video on how to install this Rudder BUT beware. It is simple presented, they know what they are doing and have all the best tools. First it did not apply to my specific Tretra 10 Kayak. 2nd, The printed instructions were visually useless and I relyed on the Utube visuals and printed the instructions from the Ocean Kayak site. 3rd, don,t cut and final tighten anything UNTIL you know it works in its present condition and position. 4th, don,t start until you KNOW what instructions go with your Ocean Kayak. 5th, Don,t use Rivits, use Stainles screws or bolts whereever possible. How many people have a air rivit tool when installing such important hardware as your rudder. Have a GOOD pair of wire cutters to use. I like the rudder but an install took 3 days of this seniors time to get it right when it should have take less than a day. At least I will be safer on the Florida West Coast Shoreline now. | ||||
