Review:	No instructions. Not really what I was looking for - wanted more of knee pad instead of just flat foam. Tried to use the thigh risers for knee pads and it didnt work well. All but the thigh risers are just different shaped flat foam.

Review:	Just enough foam to outfit my sea kayak. Good buy if you need a little enhancement to your existing seat. If you are building a custom seat from scratch it's not gonna be enough. Worked great for me though!

Review:	I was disappointed with this product. I expected to get some foam but the foam is about an eighth inch thick.
