| Review: | Pros: Compact, good (even) light spread, very dim "low" setting Cons: Plastic housing is sturdy enough, but the paint will chip when banged around. I bought this to use as a nightlight for my kids while out car camping, so I wanted a low setting that would still let *me* sleep. High setting was perfect for our 4 man tent. As per the manufacturer the working diameter is about 8 feet. I set it up to light a late night chow line, and this unit is somewhat overtasked if you try to light a 15 foot (diameter) circle. The light pattern was very even. Austin Kayak also got it out the door quickly, so got to my house in plenty of time. | ||||
