| Review: | The product itself is fine but shipper destroyer the backpack during shipping. Aluminum tubes on pack frame were snapped. ACK was very helpful and shipped a new pack the day I called them. The second backpack arrived undamaged. Thanks ACK for following up. I'll be back in the future. | ||||
