Highly recommended lightweight snowshoe. Binding system works great and only takes seconds to strap in when you reach the snow, with an additional strap if needed, though I am yet to use, even on a rather steep slope. The heel lifts made more difference than I thought - it turned a steep slope into feeling like you were walking up a flight of stairs instead of a calf-straining slope. The traction was amazing on these as well. You can maintain a virtually normal gait with these compared to your traditional snowshoes. I also purchased the flotation tails but I am yet to need them. Overall, I would highly recommend.
