CamelBak 21 oz. Podium Ice Water Bottle - BPA Free 

Taste the cold water, not the bottle with the CamelBak 21 oz Podium Ice Water Bottle –BPA Free. I used to prefer metal bottles, but the water was either too hot or made my hands freeze because it was too cold. The Podium Ice water Bottle keeps my water colder longer, without the terrible plastic taste normally associated with using bottles like this.

I have been testing the Podium Ice Water Bottle for the last 7 months and have been pleased so far with its performance. The bottle is light weight and keeps water fairly cool even during intense summer heat. It makes a great bottle to bring with you on a bike ride or on a hiking trip. The valve regulator was my one complaint about the bottle but that fairly miniscule. Pros: What I enjoyed most about this bottle is how light weight it is. I have had many bottles that are pretty heavy and then once I added water then it just became a burden. When being active outdoors it is always ideal to try to reduce your equipments weight, and this bottle helps me achieve that even when filled with water. I can put just cool tap water and go out in the sun for several hours and still have a cool drink to help refresh myself. This effect is amplified when you add ice to the mix. The bottle helps your ice not melt so that it keeps your water cooler for even longer. Cons: I found that the valve that helps regulate the amount of water flow does not necessarily work. It is supposed to have a lot of different settings, yet I could only find 2 that worked. I could either get water, or the valve turned the water flow down to where nothing came out at all. I am thinking that if maybe they made a little bit larger spigot for the water to come out then maybe the water flow problem might be resolved, or maybe even do away with the valve regulator and go to a type of spigot that regulates the amount of water that comes out by biting down on it a little. Overall: I have been pretty happy with this particular bottle overall. I would give it 3 out of 5 stars.

Review:	This bottle works great, and looks great. It keeps water cooler than the Podium Chill, and it tastes as advertised - like water and not the bottle itself. I use this bottle for everyday activities.

Review:	Temperature-wise, I find these work better than the Polar bottles. I keep mine chilled in the freezer (for however much that helps), add some ice, and cold water; for three to 3.5-hour rides, it does the job, and the water's stayed cool for the duration. These are also way easier to squeeze than the Polar bottles, which you may also find convenient.

Review:	These work better than a basic water bottle in that they will keep water chilled longer. I fill it full of ice before going out and it will stay cold/cool for about 4 hours even on a hot day. After six hours on a hot day the contents are tepid, sometimes these can be had "on sale" as they are pricey.
