Review:	I bought the Harken as the one point attachment made it easy to attach to the sloping rafters in my garage. I noted the high quality when I opened the package. I also have another bike lift which attaches to a rail and has a higher weight rating (an extra set of pulleys). I think the Harken requires a similar effort to raise a bike even though it has less of a mechanical advantage. I think this is due to the better quality of the components. I wish I had two Harken bike lifts.

Review:	Super easy to install, as long as your drill is rotating in the proper direction to actually drill into the ceiling joist. Harken customer service tells me this will hang a bike on its side, which I want to do to conserve space, and I've had a little trouble getting the bike to hang that way consistently. But it's easy to attach the bike, easy to raise, easy to lower, and all the parts of the lift likely to touch your bike are soft and won't scratch. I expect to buy another one when I convince my wife to buy a bike.
