The Hobie Mirage Speedo lets you measure your pedaling speed. The removable pitot tube speedometer measures your pedaling speed in miles per hour. The readout may vary depending on the weight in the boat, but it is very sensitive and will be able to accurately tell you if your speed increases or decreases. The Hobie Speedo fits current Mirage Drive systems only (Plastic spine on drive serial number 16054 and higher). | ||||||||||||

| Review: | Expensive and not that accurate. $20 for a plastic tube, cap ball. | ||||

| Review: | It may not be accurate as graduated, but it is very helpful to have as reference when sailing the Adventure Island. And sail trim, boat direction, weight shift onto the trampolines, etc. will affect boat speed, and this is very sensitive, giving immediate feedback. Yes, it is overpriced, but it works and it has so far proven durable, I am an unhappy sailor on the rare occasions I forget it. Easiest way to store it is in the sleeve for the dagger board. | ||||

| Review: | Waste of money. Way over priced and not accurate by Hobie's own admission to even consider. | ||||
