I am an avid canoeist and backpacker. I love this pack because I can drop my dry bags inside and bungee my other dry bags to the outside and not worry about them. I love the option of being able to take the pack off the frame and just use the frame while portaging. I have chronic pinched nerves in my left shoulder and with this pack I can easily carry 40 lbs with little to no pain being that the straps are fully adjustable.
