| What items are in the Outlet? |

The Outlet is filled with various kinds of products, these include Closeout, Clearance, Cosmetic Blemished and Overstock that we are selling off. |

| What are the differences between Closeout, Clearance and Blemished? |
| |
Clearance - This is a product carried by ACK that is no longer being carried for whatever reason. This can include a switch to a new vendor or just a product no longer carried by us. |

Closeout - These are products that are no longer being made by the manfuacturer and are discontinued |

Blemished - These are factory blemishes, meaning they were designated as blemishes at the factory. These include scuffs, wrong decals, paint discoloration, etc. In the case of kayaks, these are covered by their fully warranty and there is nothing structurally wrong with the kayak |

| I want to buy a blemished, can I see the blemish first? |

While we would love to be able to do this it is nearly impossible. The first issue is that finding the blem can be challenging at times, what the factory calls a blem is not always easy to find. The second issue is that all kayaks are already wrapped up and unwrapping to find the blemish is not possible. |

| What happens if I don't like the blemish? |
| |
Unfortunately we are not able to take any returns on blemished kayaks that are only cosmetic in nature. These kayaks are classified as structurally sound and carry the full manufacturer warranty. If the kayak has a structural issue we will stand behind it like any other kayak sold on our site. |
