Austin Canoe & Kayak is seeking a sales associate to assist with day-to-day activities in our San Marcos store. If you have a passion for the outdoors, and enjoy working in a high energy retail environment this could be the perfect job for you! This position requires a person that enjoys people and selling outdoor products. ACK does not promote or encourage aggressive selling but rather informative and helpful coaching coupled with the ability to close a sale without using pushy selling techniques.
The job primarily consists of assisting customers in store and over the phone, as well as handling Internet orders, maintaining inventory, and store upkeep. Learning and performing kayak repair and installs is a frequent task. This is an hourly position with growth potential.Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:

The CRM Unit Manager is responsible for managing an award-winning team of Customer Relationship Managers that are responsible for a customer interface including but not limited to sales, product inquiries and order status. Maintains a customer-centric attitude while working with our Warehouse to quickly and accurately fulfill orders. Requires an understanding of Warehouse Operations, Customer Service and Inventory Management. Candidates should have prior call center management experience, strive in a very fast-paced environment and be willing to adapt to a flexible work schedule.
