Untitled Document, an award winning outdoor gear eCommerce retailer based out of Austin, Texas is looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager who eats, sleeps and breathes conversion rates and understands the importance of an organization’s brand. We want an individual who is ready to take on an already established digital marketing program and help take it to the next level.

Overall responsibility

The role of the Digital Marketing Manager is to assist the Director of Brand Marketing in ACK’s eCommerce and digital marketing initiatives. The Marketing Manager collaborates with the leadership team in the execution of multi-channel digital marketing initiatives that build brand awareness and generate sales.

The Digital Marketing Manager can expect to work on a variety of different projects varying from digital advertising to managing our email marketing program. The successful candidate will have strong project management skills and be a strategic thinker to not only execute tasks assigned to them but develop plans, budget, follow up and pull resources together to accomplish goals. We seek an individual with a positive attitude and an outgoing personality, one who is not afraid to engage in conversation with leaders, 3rd party service providers and peers.

Key areas of responsibility

The Digital Marketing Manager’s key areas of responsibility is to ensure that assigned tactics associated with each category below are properly planned, executed, managed and analyzed for effectiveness where applicable.

The Digital Marketing Manager may be responsible for managing a small team of employees.

  • Bachelor degree with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in digital marketing environment

  • Extensive knowledge of popular digital advertising networks (Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, YouTube and more)

  • Able to develop, launch and manage email marketing programs

  • Experience managing SEO, PPC, PLAs, retargeting, etc. programs

  • Strong background in analyzing web marketing campaigns, landing pages, sales funnels and website visitor behavior

  • Ability to multitask, manage projects, delegate and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
