The role of the Digital Marketing Manager is to assist the Director of Brand Marketing in ACK’s eCommerce and digital marketing initiatives. The Marketing Manager collaborates with the leadership team in the execution of multi-channel digital marketing initiatives that build brand awareness and generate sales.

The Digital Marketing Manager may be responsible for managing a small team of employees.Qualifications
Bachelor degree with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in digital marketing environment
Extensive knowledge of popular digital advertising networks (Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, YouTube and more)
Able to develop, launch and manage email marketing programs
Experience managing SEO, PPC, PLAs, retargeting, etc. programs
Strong background in analyzing web marketing campaigns, landing pages, sales funnels and website visitor behavior
Ability to multitask, manage projects, delegate and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Capable of making critical decisions and thinking strategically
Excellent writing, proofreading, editing and verbal communication skills
Ability to openly communicate with leaders, peers and 3rd party service providers
Strong attention to detail
Team player, willing to help others in their duties (we’re a small team)
Deep knowledge of Microsoft/Google Doc Applications
Adobe Photoshop experience

Austin Canoe & Kayak is seeking a sales associate to assist with day-to-day activities in our Austin store. If you have a passion for the outdoors, and enjoy working in a high energy retail environment this could be the perfect job for you!
This position requires a person that enjoys people and selling outdoor products. ACK does not promote or encourage aggressive selling but rather informative and helpful coaching coupled with the ability to close a sale without using pushy selling techniques.
The job primarily consists of assisting customers in store and over the phone, as well as handling Internet orders, maintaining inventory, and store upkeep. Learning and performing kayak repair and installs is a frequent task. This is an hourly position with growth potential.
