I’m not one to deep dive into new legislature, but upon hearing of House Bill 158’s recent passing, I got pretty stoked. Through this new bill, 94% of state sales tax revenue from sporting goods (aka when you shop ACK) goes to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department.
The ACK mission statement is “To inspire our customers to get outdoors by providing high quality products at fair prices with literally the best customer service from passionate employees.” Everyone at ACK embodies this customer-centric approach to the point where we made a video about it – enjoy!
Looking for love this Valentine’s Day weekend? Well, you’re in luck – after sifting through hundreds of applications we found Derek, Sven, and Dante who are all on the hunt for the perfect partner to share their adventures with.
If you’ve been kayak fishing here in Texas you’ve probably heard of our favorite kayak fishing event: Kayak Anglers Tournament Series (KATS).
BBC News recently ran an article reporting how a study global fishing catch is significantly under-reported according to a study conducted by the UN’s Food and Agriculture Organization. According to findings, “the amount of fish taken from the world’s oceans over the last 60 years has been underestimated by more than 50%”.
Ever wonder what happens next after you confirm your order at ACK.com ?
