For kids, outdoor time in the summer reduces stress, improves concentration, stimulates creativity and cultivates an understanding and appreciation for nature, according to the American Psychological Association. All great things. And of course, the same mental and physical benefits apply to adults. So gather the family this summer to reconnect with nature and most importantly, spend time together.
