You Used That for What?

As an ACK Customer Service Representative, I speak to countless individuals on a daily basis and through the months, I have gotten to learn a lot about how customers use our products. The interesting thing is that I’ve noticed is that like many of the employees here, some of the accessories we sell wear a lot of different hats!

For example, I found that a good number of our customers enjoy taking to the open road on their motorcycles. Some of these customers swear to me that there isn’t a more comfortable seat for one’s bottom when riding than the Skwoosh Classic and Extreme Seat Pad Cushions.

I can understand why. Its TekPad technology is the only patented lightweight, contouring gel design on the market that provides medically proven cushioning, reducing leg/feet numbness. The result provides longer more comfortable paddle trips or in this case, rides.

Another product worth mentioning is the 12in x 24in pieces of closed-cell foam. They have varying degrees of thickness at 1/2in, 1in, 2in, and 4in, and can be used for just about anything. In fact, a few farmers from Kentucky have outfitted old tractor seats with the 2in thick pads, a gym owner from Georgia replaced old flooring in one of his training rooms with the 1in thick pads and more recently, a lady from the Hoosier state purchased some of the 2in thick pads to create mascots to be displayed on floats for her town’s upcoming fall parade. That’s just the tip of the iceberg!

I find this so interesting that I think what I will do now is periodically write about the different uses of our products our customers come up with. What’s best is that these are not ideas that we came up with but instead; they are YOUR ideas. For that matter, if you have any alternate use ideas of your own, I’d love to hear from you. Feel free to shoot me an email or call our customer service line at 888-828-3828 and ask for me, Kyle.
