In the past few years we have continued to develop our internal systems to keep up with the pace of orders to continue to maintain the highest level of service. For those that have ordered you are well aware that your order is processed and shipped the same day. We pride ourselves on achieving a 99% ship rate on in-stock merchandise the same day ordered when ordered before FedEx has arrived for pickup.
To keep up with the pace and minimize errors we have upgraded our order processing to include a better receipt, this receipt may look prettier but behind it is a barcoding system that allows us to scan the package with our new Shipping application and produce a shipping label for your box. No mis-matching boxes and labels, no typing any information....place it on the scale, scan the package, put label on package...it is that simple.
These changes that are not noticeable to all of you and are probably more important than the pretty things we release such as the Rack Helper we also launched this week. These back end systems allow us to process and ship faster than most companies in the eCommerce arena.
